It is a red wine made from tempranillo, syrah and grenache grapes, from our vineyards located in the northern part of Somontano. The grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature after a cold maceration. After malolactic fermentation the wine has started barrel aging. Its development period consists of ten months of waiting.

Tasting notes:

The wines can be defined by aromas, colours and tastes. A violet high layer, an intense brightness and a staining tear are worth. Soft essences of fig, sweet carobs and the notes of bread with wine and sugar will go. With the round mouth like a liquor chocolate and the elegance of a bite of strawberry with pepper we can get along.

However, HOZ is more. It is perseverance, style, friendship and bravery. It is taming the land where the vines stand towards the first stages of the Pyrenees, it is fighting against the fashions and appearing naked and natural and it is also knowing that a word will emerge from every sip and a memory from every bottle.

All this is HOZ."
